Survived breast cancer
put our cat to sleep
almost moved to Fla
went to fla
got older
got a little wiser
(got achy bones)
I'll just keep pushin on now.

Other Peoples Stuff

I got my car back yesterday. It was in the shop getting a new transmission. Luckily I could drive my sons car. But it's so different driving someone elses car. I'm going out today, everywhere! I was thinking about other peoples stuff. Using or borrowing other peoples stuff. Can you do it? Or borrow it? George Carlin talked about stuff. We all have stuff. Some stuff we need & some stuff we don't need. So we get rid of stuff. Thrift stores(then I buy your stuff) or yard sales. Be careful of what you give to your family because you might get their stuff back again.
So it only cost me $2000 to get my car fixed but now I have my own stuff back.

Rearranging

I was in my basement the other day( where all my "stuff" is) thinking I need more room. I can switch rooms but it would be a lot of work. If I do then I should get serious about my leather.But I might take a nap too. I'll think about it.

Weird

Weird. I was getting into some deep thoughts the other day & thought,"Would I like me if I met me?". Weird. I don't know. I think I would like me.I might also suggest a few things to me. Deep thoughts.

Moving on... I am looking out the window to our big tree swaying in the wind. We are under a tornado warning. We call this tree "The Old Man". If it falls the wrong way it could hit my house. So I'm watching. As if I could do anything about it. Ha! 8 yrs & it's still standing. (it's very windy).

Moving further on...Went to the rheumy doc today. He gave me prednisone & told me to come back in 2 wks. He wants to see if my pain is gone. It's Prednisone! Of course the pain will be gone. Steroids will make me feel like Superwoman. Duh!

So I'm just rambling here. Time for lunch.

Christmas is coming

Ready or not here it comes. Am I ready? No. Too bad. Just remembering many past Christmas's. Family would visit. It was crazy but fun. It's quiet now,everyone is older, or gone. I still have to go shopping. 5 days left & I dont have anything. No money. But we will have a party for hubbys birthday & all his work guys will come. Nope, I'm not ready. I can't find the spirit either. Fast forward please? But will we look back on this Christmas with fond memories? I did decorate. Merry Christmas.
